  1. ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES ARE FOR ONLINE DESIGN CONSULTATION SERVICES ONLY.  ALL RECOMMENDATIONS ARE REGARDED AS SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE THE LOOK OF YOUR SPACE AND NOT INTENDED FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
  2. CLIENT AGREES TO PROVIDE FULL INFORMATION REGARDING THE CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT.
  3. A DESIGN EXCLUSIVE ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES WILL PERFORM SERVICES AS EXPEDITIOUSLY AS IS CONSISTENT WITH PROFESSIONAL SKILL, CARE AND THE ORDERLY PROGRESS OF THE ONLINE DESIGN PROJECT.
  4. A DESIGN EXCLUSIVE ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MEANS, METHODS OR PROCEDURES OF CONSTRUCTION, FABRICATION, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION, OR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ONLINE DESIGN PROJECT; FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR OR ANY, SUBCONTRACTOR, SUPPLIER OR OTHER PERSON PERFORMING THE WORK ON THIS ONLINE DESIGN PROJECT; OR, FOR ANY FAILURE OF THEM TO MEET ANY SCHEDULES OR COMPLETION DATES.
  5. MATERIALS, FURNISHINGS, FABRIC, FURNITURE, DRAPERY, INSTALLATION SERVICES, AS WELL AS DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES WILL BE PROVIDED AS RETAIL PRICING, MINUS (%) PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT PTO BE DETERMINED PER VENDOR PRICING.
  6. A DESIGN EXCLUSIVE ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT OR FREIGHT CLAIMS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN CONJUNCTION WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROJECT.
  7. CLIENT AGREES TO CORRESPOND STRICTLY THROUGH ONLINE COMMUNICATION AFTER INITIAL ASSESSMENT PHONE CALL AND FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL IS PLACED. CLIENT ALSO AGREES TO ADDITIONAL FEES OF $75 PER PHONE CALL AFTERWARDS.
  8. PLEASE ALLOW 4 TO 5 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ONLINE DESIGN PLAN. UPDATES ON OUR PROGRESS WILL BE EMAILED EVERY TWO WEEKS AS NEEDED.

A Design Exclusive Interiors Online Design Services is dedicated to providing the best of service of all our clientele, and we are dedicated to creating a space that you can enjoy for years to come.  Due to the nature of our expertise, our online design fees, as are our in-home consultation fees, are non-refundable.  We carefully review your questionnaire, vision collection, and all input to develop to best decor to suit your needs.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service just contact us and we will work with you.  For your specific needs, feel free to email us at: onlinedesign@adesignexclusiveinteriors.com.
