Design Fee Schedule

We offer a full range of interior design services for upscale residential, and distinctive small business owners. After evaluation of your Initial Design Questionnaire, I develop an Exclusive Design Plan exclusively for your space, while researching furnishings and fixtures in your style. 

With my twenty five years of experience, I utilize my design expertise to discern your tastes, and compile a comprehensive plan that fulfills your needs. 

Initial Consultation -

1st client meeting.  Preliminary overview of space and project. Discovery of preferences and desires. To be scheduled upon completion of Design Questionnaire.   (To be credited toward Design Fee upon project approval of Letter of Agreement.) Determined by project scope. 

Letter of Agreement or Design Proposals outline services to be rendered.  A retainer of 50% deposit required upon approval of agreements or proposals which will be applied to design services. Balance due upon completion of project.

The professional design services will includes complete design plan, consultations, evaluation, research, and planning; the selection and purchase of materials and furnishings, preparation of cost estimates, securing contractors to provide services needed, and the supervision of work to completion.
